New look of the
Frankfurt am Main skyline

Frankfurt am Main's skyline is characterized by numerous high-rise buildings. In 2024, four more high-rises developed by Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH will further enhance its distinctive character. These towers, ranging in height from 100 to 233 meters, will house modern offices, attractive apartments, a variety of restaurants and cafes, as well as wellness and fitness facilities.
The FOUR Frankfurt project gains particular architectural significance through its 233-meter-high main tower, formerly known as the Deutsche Bank Triangle. A new quartet of high-rises is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Commerzbank Tower, Omni Tower, and MAIN TOWER, two of which will be residential buildings. Over 600 rental and owner-occupied apartments will be available here by 2024. A daycare center, two hotels, and a diverse range of restaurants and retail outlets will complement the new high-rise district.
FOUR Frankfurt was built using a modular construction method, meaning that various components were prefabricated industrially and simply assembled on site. This approach not only saved time but also contributed to the building's sustainability. The project is therefore a milestone in the city's development and was supported by ESV with great passion and commitment.
In the office and residential towers of FOUR Frankfurt, ESV installed and commissioned floor distribution boards for various applications. By implementing state-of-the-art solutions, ESV ensures a reliable and efficient power supply for the residents and businesses of the district. The collaboration with the FOUR Frankfurt project contributes to creating a modern and future-proof environment that meets the needs of all stakeholders.
